Tasks
This position is part of our vjoon support team. We respond to third-level support requests from our partners who distribute our publishing and digital asset management products to customers.
What are your tasks?
You manage the deployment automation of our products.
You coach team members and train partners or customers.
You process support requests from partners and customers.
You look after the internal IT.
Profile
Solid basic IT knowledge:
Virtualization platforms ESXi, Proxmox, Pacemaker
Server operating systems such as Debian, CentOS, (Windows)
Cloud systems AWS, Azure
Databases Elasticsearch, MySQL, MS SQL*, Oracle
Network (certificates, domain management, firewall, VPN, authentication)
Shell programming and shell scripting
Other important topics/experience:
Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana)
CloudInit, Ansible, Packer, Terraform
Client operating systems (macOS, Windows)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop)
Office programs (MS or LibreOffice)
We offer
Our teams develop according to Scrum. They cover all disciplines, from product owners to development, QA, support and documentation. We have regular standups, refinements, planning and retros. All vjoonees are invited to sprint reviews.
We help finding an apartment in Hamburg if required.
