General Founder Associate Tasks

• Work closely with the founders to provide efficient and proactive support.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Investor Management and Communication

• Assist in managing relationships with existing investors and prospective ones.
• Prepare and present regular updates and reports on company progress and milestones.
• Organize and coordinate investor meetings, calls, and other communications.

HR Management

• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist in organizing and conducting performance reviews and team events.
• Help in creating and maintaining a positive work environment and culture.

Conference and Marketing Planning

• Assist in planning and organizing company participation in conferences, events, and trade shows.
• Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage the logistics and execution of marketing initiatives.
