Why look further afield when "My XING" is at your fingertips? The handy "My XING" bar appears on the left-hand side of every XING page so you always have direct access to key information such as your profile, messages and groups. You’ll also be automatically notified there if you receive any new messages or contact requests.

moreA lively network is based on ideas, updates and information, which is why the “What’s new in your network” feed is now a central pillar of the XING platform. The great thing about it is that posts are filtered by topic depending on which part of XING you’re currently visiting.
That way you’ll see for example your group updates when visiting the groups homepage.
Intelligent XING recommendations, e.g. for job ads, also give you ideas about what you can do next, with the most relevant recommendations appearing in your updates. Let your network act as your source of inspiration!

"My XING" gives you instant access to your personal content, no matter where you are. Here you can see if you have new messages and can reply to them without having to leave the page you’re on.
Fewer categories means more overview! The new, minimalistic navigation and standardized structure make it easier for you to find your way around.
Professional networking is based on interaction, which is why the “What’s new in your network” feed features more prominently than ever before. That way you’re always up to date with what’s going on in your network and also benefit from increased visibility.
We want you to be successful, which is why we provide recommendations (e.g., for job ads) and tips such as how to optimize your profile to help you get ahead.
This highly popular function now features more prominently so you can see at a glance who visited your profile and get in touch with them.
This feature allows you to keep an eye on upcoming birthdays and events.
Here you’ll find key profile information summarized in an appealing design at the top of your profile page.
Your "About me" page is visible on your profile homepage and offers you even more ways to showcase yourself. Here you can provide a more personal description about yourself by adding detailed information about your qualifications, experience, and career goals.

The Groups homepage now shows you the latest posts in your groups. On top of that you can click on "My Groups" to manage your group memberships and on “Group Search” to find a group of interest to you from among the 50,000 groups hosted on XING.
Here you can see real-time updates in your groups along with a useful preview of the latest posts along with the number of posts in a thread.
Here you can carry out a group search, search other people’s posts or your own posts. There’s also some handy tips to help you get the results you’re looking for.
The Jobs and Careers section has been restructured to make it easier for you to navigate your way around. Here you’ll find jobs matching your profile or you can carry out a job search yourself.
If you’re in the market for a job, this is the quickest way to find what you’re looking for. The "Advanced Search" feature and its filters help you to drill down to the information you need. You can also create a job alert that sends you an email if job ads are posted that match your search criteria.
All it takes is one click to view all of the job ads in a category, such as sales, engineering, and project management.
Let your dream job come to you! Our intelligent tool will automatically show you jobs that match your profile. Here you can also see if any of your direct or second-level contacts have any job ads posted in XING Jobs.
